Terms and Conditions for Cris Study Coach

Welcome to Cris Study Coach. These terms govern the purchase and delivery of our online Spanish lessons and digital educational products.

1. Professional Tutoring Services

Cristina Alves Bogovic provides professional Spanish language coaching. All sessions are conducted online and must be booked in advance through our official website.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To maintain a professional schedule for all students, we enforce the following:

• 24-Hour Notice: Students can reschedule or cancel a lesson at no cost if notice is given at least 24 hours before the session.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will be charged at the full session rate.
• Punctuality: If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be marked as a «No-Show» and is non-refundable.

3. Digital Study Materials

All Spanish learning resources, including PDFs and videos provided by Cris Study Coach, are for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution or resale is a violation of our intellectual property rights.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed via PayPal in USD/EUR. Refunds for unused lesson packages are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no lessons have been taken and no digital materials have been downloaded.
