Welcome to Cris Study Coach<\/strong>. These terms govern the purchase and delivery of our online Spanish lessons<\/strong> and digital educational products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Professional Tutoring Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cristina Alves Bogovic<\/strong> provides professional Spanish language coaching. All sessions are conducted online and must be booked in advance through our official website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To maintain a professional schedule for all students, we enforce the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 24-Hour Notice:<\/strong> Students can reschedule or cancel a lesson at no cost if notice is given at least 24 hours<\/strong> before the session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Late Cancellations:<\/strong> Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will be charged at the full session rate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Punctuality:<\/strong> If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be marked as a \u00abNo-Show\u00bb and is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    3. Digital Study Materials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    All Spanish learning resources<\/strong>, including PDFs and videos provided by Cris Study Coach<\/strong>, are for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution or resale is a violation of our intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Payments and Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
